• To test applications you don't own or have permission to test
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• To interfere with or disrupt our services

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase as per our money-back guarantee.

5. Data and Privacy

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into our services. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AionQA are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 On-Premise License

For on-premise deployments of AionQA software:

• All source code, binaries, and software components are owned by AionQA and protected by copyright law.
• Operation, deployment, and use of this project are entirely at your own responsibility and risk.
• No rights are granted to use, copy, modify, distribute, deploy, sublicense, or commercialize this project without prior written permission from Andrey (project owner).
• You may participate in project continuation through proposals, issue reports, and contribution submissions for owner review and approval.
• Participation does not grant any standalone right to operate or use the project outside explicitly approved permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

AionQA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service.
